We appreciate your prompt payment
Payment is due on the date/at the time of Service as indicated on the invoice
*4% Service Fee on all credit/debit card transactions through QuickBooks Invoice. No Service Fee is charged when payment is made via Venmo or GooglePay
**$35 Charge when payment is not made on the date and at the time of Service. Service will not be performed. When there is a second occurrence, Service will be terminated indefinitely.
***$35 Charge for all cancelled appointments after 8pm MST on the Thursday prior to week Service is to be provided.
*****Full Service rate is charged for cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice, including lockouts. When there is a second occurrence, Full Service rate will be charged and Service will be terminated indefinitely.
*****$35 charge for all returned checks/payments.
